Southbay Lash Academy - Appointment and Service Policies

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

    We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $30 cancellation fee.
     

  2. Deposit for New Sets

    A deposit is required for all new lash sets. This can be paid via Apple Pay or Venmo. Please contact Southbay Lash Academy to discuss your options.
     

  3. Allergies and Sensitivities

    We are not responsible for any allergies or sensitivities to our products. If you experience a reaction to the adhesive, we will remove the lashes at no cost, but no refunds will be provided.
     

  4. Pre-Appointment Preparation

    For best results, please avoid wearing mascara for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
     

  5. Mascara Removal Fee

    If you arrive with mascara on, there will be an additional charge for removal.
